Columbia Central Missouri Auto Auction Inc. Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Columbia Central Missouri Auto Auction Inc. website or mobile application (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Service.

2. Registration

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to register and use our Service. By registering, you warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• Account Information: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update it to keep it accurate.

3. Use of the Service

• Bidding and Selling: All bids and listings are final once submitted. You agree to honor these commitments as legally binding.
• Prohibited Actions: You may not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service, including but not limited to fraud, hacking, or transmitting viruses.

4. Auction Rules

• Bidding: Bids are considered offers to purchase. Once a bid is accepted, you are obligated to complete the transaction.
• Reserve Prices: If a vehicle has a reserve price, it must be met or exceeded for the auction to result in a sale.
• As-Is: All vehicles are sold "as-is" unless otherwise specified. No warranties are provided unless explicitly stated.

5. Payments and Fees

• Payment: Payment must be made promptly after winning a bid or upon agreement to list a vehicle. Accepted payment methods will be specified on the Service.
• Fees: We charge fees for services provided. These include listing fees, buyer's premiums, and other transaction fees as disclosed. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Vehicle Transactions

• Inspection: Buyers should inspect vehicles before bidding. We provide descriptions and condition reports, but these are for guidance only.
• Title and Transfer: We assist in the transfer of vehicle titles, but it is your responsibility to ensure all legal requirements for vehicle ownership transfer are met, including compliance with Missouri and Federal law.

7. Liability

• Disclaimer: Columbia Auto Auction does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Service.
• Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Columbia Central Missouri Auto Auction Inc. or its content suppliers and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Missouri.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
